  • Pop Up News!

We are very happy to report back from our recent meeting with the Lettings Manager of the Jubilee Hall that together, we have worked out how we can safely host pop up dining nights once more in a Covid-secure way 👍💚
We also arranged dates for the remainder of the year:
    Saturday 24 October (menu below)
Saturday 21 November (Welsh & Irish themed menu)
Saturday 19 December (festive menu 🎄)

We will take bookings in advance only, without a deposit as normal, keep ourselves informed of the changing situation surrounding Covid-19 and, if necessary, cancel the pop up.  The price of the meal has increased slightly to help cover the increased cost of hiring the hall. The evening may also be cancelled if we don’t reach the minimum number required to make the evening viable

Below is a summary of the new operating procedures:
    – maximum 30 diners with a limit of 6 in any one booking
    – tables spaced at least 2 meters apart
    – table service only, no buffet counter
    – no self-serve hot or cold drinks counter, BYO option still stands
    – one person in the toilets at any time
    – face coverings to be worn at all times except when seated at your table
    – enter via the front door as usual, sanitize hands, fill in the Track & Trace form, maintain social distancing
    – exit by 10pm at the latest via the fire doors on the far side straight on to the car park
If you have any questions about anything please ask.

  • Our next Pop Up Dining Night is Friday 15 March. Theme: Six Nations

Given this falls on the final weekend of the Six Nations rugby championship we have designed a menu featuring dishes from all participating countries: England, Scotland, Ireland, Wales, France & Italy. There will be the usual two starters, buffet main course and selection of desserts (see menu below). The venue remains the Jubilee Hall on Bowden Lane, Market Harborough. Arrival is from 7.30 for 8pm. Feel free to BYO.

Please contact us to reserve your table by Tuesday 12th, thank you.

We will be collecting for Brook Farm Animal Sanctuary and the Leicestershire Wildlife Hospital on the night, and donating a percentage of the night’s profits afterwards
