Merry Christmas! Plus news about food ordering and collections…

Thank you to everyone who has placed a festive food order with us 😊🎄
We have received a record number this year which is great news but there’s only so many hours in the day so our order book is now closed
Collections are scheduled for the Farmers Market this coming Thursday unless by separate arrangement. Please note that the weather forecast is for strong winds so we will be housed in the main indoor market hall instead

The following events are planned for early next year at time of writing…
Jan 24 – Louisa’s Place Pop Up
Jan 27 – Artisan Fair on the Square
Feb 02 – Farmers Market
Feb 17 – Harborough Vegan Market
Feb 21 – Louisa’s Place Pop Up
Feb 24 – Artisan Fair on the Square

It only remains now to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
Thank you for your custom in 2023. It means a lot to us 😊💚

We’re relocating today!

Due to tomorrow’s weather forecast, the Artisan Fair on the Square has been cancelled
However… we are still trading. Please find us in the Market Hall off Northampton Road instead; just a few extra yards from the Square and right next to a car park
All your pre-orders will be available to collect from there as planned

We are still taking requests for festive food up until Monday 18th, for collection on Thursday 21st. Please email us with your lists.

Events & Food Ordering

We hope those Folk that live locally made it to the Carnival yesterday (10th June) – it was great event for the town with loads going on and glorious weather to boot. Thanks go to the organisors for all their work. We’re especially grateful we didn’t get Sunday’s weather a day early, no one likes to trade in pouring rain, thunder, lightning and hail!

Our next event on the Square will be the Artisan Fair on 24 June. Unfortunately we can’t make the Vegan Market on the 18th due to other commitments

Our Food Ordering menu has been updated today with some small price changes. If there is anything not listed that you would like, please get in touch and we’ll see what we can do. Collection is from the farmers market or the artisan fair please. Alternative arrangements can be made in special circumstances, contact us to discuss, thank you 😊

It’s Farmers Market week!

Find us on the Square this Thursday (6th) in our usual spot 😊

There may still be a table or two available at our next Louisa’s Place pop up on Wednesday 19th April, otherwise bookings are being taken for 17th May. Please book early to avoid disappointment; places fill up quickly

You can also find us offering hot food at the Eco Village Spring Fair on Saturday 22nd April where there will be lots going on. Follow the Village on Instagram to find out more – @ecovillageuk

Unfortunately the last Artisan Fair was cancelled due to high winds. Fingers crossed that doesn’t happen again in which case we will be back on the Square on Saturday 29th April too 😀 (pre-orders are welcome)

Happy Easter! 🐑🐣🌷🍫

Event News – February 2023

So, with costs of just about everything rising, Mr FHFoods has returned to gainful employment. This will mean us fitting FarrinHeight Foods around two day jobs not one. We are still here and cooking but we might not be out and about as much as before. That said, we have some event news for you…

The one after that is Wednesday 19th April. The current format is two courses £15, three courses £18.50 with two choices available for each course (selected in advance). Louisa’s Place will supply the drinks and have a special vegan drinks menu if required. Please book directly with them via email on louisasplace4a@gmail.com

You will also now find us on the Square twice a month: once for the farmers market (1st Thursday) and again for the new Local Artisan Fair (last Saturday). Pre-orders are accepted with minimum 5 days notice please

Happy World Vegan Day!

Did you know that the Vegan Society is the world’s oldest vegan charity? The founding members coined the term “vegan” in 1944, and in 1994 they created World Vegan Day to mark the 50th anniversary of the society.
The first of November marks the start of World Vegan Month, which is an opportunity to celebrate the vegan movement and the ever-growing vegan community. Find out more about World Vegan Month on their website: www.vegansociety.com/get-involved/world-vegan-month
We have stocked up on information leaflets and recipe cards to assist you on your vegan journey. These can be picked up, free of charge, from our food stall.

This week is farmers market week 😊 Find us on the Square in our usual spot, 9am-3pm, this Thursday (3rd)

Our food ordering menu & price list has been updated and can be found here. Only a handful of prices have changed for now
