FarrinHeight Foods began life as The Greenhouse Vegetarian Restaurant way back in February 2007 and, for 6 years, partners Kerry & Nathan ran a regular veggie & vegan supper club in a café in the centre of Market Harborough.
In 2013-14 we began trading at several farmers markets in and around the area and held several ‘pop-up’ dining events in various venues.
October 2014 saw our more popular items become available online following the launch of www.edibLE16.org.uk – a new online ordering service for locally produced food and drink.
In 2015-16 we concentrated our efforts on the supper club and on trading at food fayres, small music festivals and other community events such as Arts Fresco & the Lubenham Scarecrow weekend
We have signed up to another long list of events for 2018, some old, some new. Find more information about these on our Events page. We have also booked a string of pop up dining nights for our Supper Club followers, this time in the Jubilee Hall in Market Harborough. The theme of the menu changes each month. In short, you can find our food at Harborough farmers market (1st Thu of the month), Harborough food fair (3rd Thu of the month), local food & drink festivals, county shows, community events and via edibLE16.
We also take orders for home delivery within the district.
In June 2015 we decided to make FarrinHeight Foods a purely vegan operation; everything we make is now suitable for vegans plus those intolerant/allergic to dairy and eggs whilst continuing to be suitable for vegetarians and omnivores of course!
