This Sunday we’re really excited to be attending the Leicester Vegan Market once again!

It’s only on from 11am-3pm and there’ll be loads to see so come early.

As it’s a Sunday we thought we’d take our delicious nut loaf and serve it as part of a Sunday dinner with roast potatoes and gravy! There’ll also be a Ploughman’s Lunch, baked almond cheese and a selection of sweet things

Supper Club – June 2017

There’s just over a week to go until our next pop up night (Friday 09 June) 🙂 Tables are still available and need to be reserved in advance please, by Tuesday 6th latest.  This month’s theme is Moroccan; the full menu will be posted here and on our Facebook page as soon as it’s finalised and all typed up.  We look forward to feeding you!

November Supper Club night 

The theme for this month’s meal is seasonal comfort food 🍁🍂🍃

Dishes will include parsnip mulligatawny, garlic mushrooms, pumpkin cassoulet, sausage & lentil stew and colcannon plus one our old favourites… cowboy hotpot 😋

The  cost is £20 a head for 4 courses with complimentary tea and coffee

03/11/16 Farmers Market 

Wrap up warm if you’re coming to see us as it looks mighty chilly on the forecast❄ That said, we will have hot soup on the go to warm you up 🙂

This market sees the return of our festive fruit & nut chocolate fridge cake which uses dried mixed fruit & spices steeped in Two Birds Spirits’ vodka! We’ll also have a new fruit cake (see below) which is available in a version using gluten free flour 

October’s Supper Club night

This will be held on Saturday 15th and the theme is British harvest

There will be the usual plate of entrees, a soup, selection of savoury dishes from the buffet and 3-4 different desserts.
We have currently settled on English onion & cider soup, broccoli & cauliflower cheese, shepherdess pie, bubble & squeak, Yorkshire puddings plus orchard crumble, apple & berry suet pud and a cake of some sort!

If you would like to reserve a table please let us know asap and by Tuesday morning (11th) latest so that we can shop accordingly.
Any allergies should be notified at the time of booking and we will endeavour to accommodate them.

The cost is £20 per person, payment can be made by cash or card (as long our card machine works!)
The venue remains St. Nicholas Church Hall, Little Bowden LE16 8AS. Parking is available on site
Arrival is from 7.30 for 8pm start.
Soft and alcoholic drinks are provided with an honesty box. You are also welcome to bring your own. Tea and coffee are complimentary.
